• Vet records can be emailed or I can call your vet's office for verbal confirmation prior to the booking if preferred.

• If you're a client of NVVS (Newaukum Valley Vet Services) please contact them for boarding or daycare.

Kennel Contract & Play Waiver

Kennel Contract : Required.

Play Waiver : Required. This document allows you to give/deny permission for your dog to socialize with other dogs.

Both can be signed in person if preferred.
